Kayakalp - Booking Procedure and Accommodation Details

For ensuring an easy booking procedure and information relating to accommodation is herewith given.

b)	Deluxe Double Bed Room (Niket)	Rs. 3200/- per day (Rs. 1600 each bed)
c)	Double Bed Room (Nilay)	Rs. 2500/- per day (Rs. 1250 each bed)
d)	Dormitory (Basera)	Rs. 800/- per day per bed

Note: If a patient desires to hold complete room he will be charged for full room.

These accommodations are furnished with the facilities of LED (T.V.), telephone, heating elements in each room(On Demand). 24hrs. hot and cold running water.

Tariff of accommodation includes, 

a) Consultation                       

b) Food

c) Yoga (General classes)            

• Patients may have to stay in alternate accommodation if booked accommodation is not readily available, and thus be charged accordingly
• Above accommodation can be booked, in advance, and will be allotted subject to availability 
• Booking once made cannot be be normally altered
• An advance amount equivalent to 3 days charges of accommodation requested by the health seeker is payable with admission form/ request, as admission charge, failing which the application will not considered. Advance amount is non-refundable 
• Full charges for the period of stay and treatment, as prescribed by the Doctor(S) are payable in advance, at the time of admission 
• Guests may stay with the health seeker on payment and may avail of the facilities available in the Institute, but will have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Institute 
• Charges for providing facility of wheel chair and room dining service is available at Rs. 50/- per day in each case
